Revenue Sharing Structure

- Your revenue share consists of two parts: (i) from your referred player's betting losses and (ii) from your referred affiliate's revenue share:
i. Fixed Revenue Share:

- Company Net Profit: The actual profit remaining from the monthly net loss of all players recommended by you to TX1BET after deducting all related costs.
- Active Players: Customers with a minimum betting turnover of $100.00 per calendar month.
- Negative revenue share for any given month will be carried forward to the following month.
- All affiliates are subject to administrative and marketing costs incurred directly for member acquisition.
- The cost deducted from the revenue on a monthly basis. This cost may include the following:
- Banking Fee - Deposit and Withdrawal charges for each involving all the affiliate's customers
- Royalty Fee - Product royalty fees incurred involving all affiliate customers.
- Promotion bonuses - Monetary bonuses or rebates given to the affiliate customers.

Positive Revenue
Gross Revenue = USD 62,000
Bonus Expenses = USD 3,000
Transaction Fees = USD 350
Royalty Fees = USD 3,500
Commission = (Gross Revenue - Bonus Expenses - Transaction Fees - Royalty Fees) x Revenue Share %
(62,000 - 3,000 - 350 - 3,500) x 40% = USD 22,060
Bonus Expenses = USD 3,000
Transaction Fees = USD 350
Royalty Fees = USD 3,500
Commission = (Gross Revenue - Bonus Expenses - Transaction Fees - Royalty Fees) x Revenue Share %
(62,000 - 3,000 - 350 - 3,500) x 40% = USD 22,060
Negative Revenue
Gross Revenue = - USD 4,500
Member's bonus = USD 300
Commission = (Gross Revenue - Bonus Expenses - Transaction Fees) x Revenue Share %
(-4,500 - 300 - 100) x 25% = USD -1,225 (Carry forward to following month)
Member's bonus = USD 300
Commission = (Gross Revenue - Bonus Expenses - Transaction Fees) x Revenue Share %

ii. Sub-Affiliate Structure:
- you will be eligible to receive an extra 10% from your referred affiliates’ revenue share.
- If they bring other affiliates in, you are NOT entitled to have a share from their sub-affiliates’ revenue share.

An example to show you how your revenue share earned from your referred affiliates (and their sub-affiliates) is calculated.
Your revenue share earned from the referred affiliates:
= [B1 * 10%] + [B2 * 10%]
= [33,000* 10%] + [70,000 * 10%]
= USD 10,300
=> Your revenue share earned from the referred affiliates: 62,000 + 10,300 = USD 72,300
= [33,000* 10%] + [70,000 * 10%]
= USD 10,300
=> Your revenue share earned from the referred affiliates: 62,000 + 10,300 = USD 72,300
- Once a month, through your TX1BET player account (in USD, MYR, & BDT) and the minimum withdrawal amount is USD 100. For other currencies need to request from TX1BET Affiliate team.
- Any 2nd withdrawal request in the same month shall be subject to TX1BET Affiliates team's approval.
